Meet Rob
Bridging the Gap Between Policy and Protection
With over two decades of experience at the epicenter of global security, I have dedicated my career to a single mission: dismantling the world’s most sophisticated transnational threats. My journey has taken me from the front lines of federal service as an HSI Deputy Attaché to the strategic boardrooms of Meta, where I served as the primary liaison to high-level government agencies across the APAC region.
I specialize in the "Joint Disruption" model—a collaborative approach that unites the technical scale of global platforms with the investigative authority of international law enforcement. By translating complex criminal trends into actionable platform policies, I have helped neutralize organized scam syndicates and protect billions of users worldwide.
Today, I focus on the future of digital safety, ensuring that as technology evolves, our collective defense evolves with it.
• Global Security Architect: Over 20 years of experience at the intersection of international law enforcement and big tech, specializing in APAC regional security.
• Strategic Bridge-Builder: Serves as the primary liaison between Meta and high-level government agencies (including the Royal Thai Police and Philippine Congress) to dismantle organized scam syndicates.
• Policy Innovator: Expert at translating complex criminal trends into actionable platform policies that protect billions of global users.
• Crisis Management Specialist: Proven track record of leading large-scale "Joint Disruption" operations that neutralize transnational threats in real-time.
I am closing in on 500 dives, and somewhere along the way marine conservation stopped being a side interest and became a real passion. The ocean has a way of clarifying what matters—healthy reefs, sustainable fisheries, and the hard, unglamorous work of protecting the spaces where livelihoods, sovereignty, and security collide. If your work sits at that intersection—where love of the sea meets fishing rights, national security, and the realities of transnational threats—then we should probably have a chat.
20+ Years of Experience
As a Global Security Architect, I lead at the intersection of international law enforcement and platform trust & safety. My career is defined by high-stakes disruption and legislative influence.
At Meta
As Head of Law Enforcement and National Security Outreach for APAC, I led strategic engagement with national police commissioners, intelligence directors, attorneys general, and cabinet-level officials across Southeast Asia. We worked on matters regarding terrorism, election integrity, fraud, and transnational organised crime. I helped guided Meta’s legal, policy, communications, and product teams on data governance and crisis response, helping shape innovative, lawful approaches to safety and security at global scale. Noteably, I worked hard to bring global attentional to criminal scam syndicated.
In Federal Law Enforcement
Serving as Deputy Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok and in senior investigative roles, you ran complex cross-border operations and helped pioneer new investigative models against human trafficking, child exploitation, and other transnational crime. You worked daily with host-government leadership, the FBI, and the intelligence community, combining strategic risk assessment with capacity-building and institutional reform.
On the Global Stage
I have operated at the intersection of technology, security, and diplomacy across ASEAN and beyond, advising senior governments and industry leaders on how organised crime, geopolitics, and technology collide. Your work focuses on building trusted partnerships, modernising responses to cross-border threats, and designing pragmatic, innovative frameworks for cooperation in an increasingly digital world.
